What will happen to ineligible job recipients if the allegations of corruption are proven? On March 13, Justice Debanshu Basak mentioned two options during the hearing. First, the entire appointment can be canceled if corruption is proven. Or part of the entire appointment may be cancelled.

The Supreme Court sent the case back to the special bench of the High Court with a stay order. The apex court asked the special bench to complete the hearing within six months. Similarly, the hearing of those cases started in the special bench from last December. The case has been heard continuously in the division bench of Justice Debanshu Basak and Justice Shabbar Rashidi for about three and a half months.
In the hearing of the case, on March 13, the division bench of Justice Debanshu Basak and Justice Mohammad Shabbar Rashidi said that one rotten apple spoils the whole basket of apples. If everything is illegal, then the consequences will be.
