A seven-member inquiry committee was formed by the district administration soon after the accident involving a bus and a pickup in Tentultala Diknagar on April 16.

Deputy Commissioner Kamrul Ahsan Talukder said that the investigation committee submitted its report on Sunday afternoon, “We will send the report to the higher level of the government tomorrow (Monday). Later the government will take action on it.”

Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Mohammad Ali Siddiqui, head of the investigation committee, said, “We have spoken to people from all departments concerned about the incident.
