Naogaon representative
A sales representative of a company named Rashid Mamun (35) of Mamunur has died after being stabbed again in Naogaon. The stabbing incident took place in Bakhtarpur area of Naogaon Sadar Upazila at 7 pm on Monday.
The deceased Mamunur Rashid Mamun is the son of Jewel Hossain of Matasagar village of Sadar upazila.
Mamunur Rashid Mamun is a sales representative of a company. Every morning he takes food items in battery operated auto rickshaw and distributes them to different shops. On the same day in the afternoon, he was returning home after collecting money from the shops as the price of goods. On the way, the miscreants came to Bakhtarpur area with a motorcycle, blocked the road, stabbed the body in various places and robbed the money.
There were serious injuries in different parts of the body, especially on the arms, legs and chest. Mamunur Rashid Mamun died on the way to the hospital when the locals brought him to the hospital.
Dr. Naogaon 250 bed general hospital medical officer. Rakib Hasan said, there are marks of injury in different places on the body. However, serious injuries to the chest and lungs can cause death. He died before being brought to the hospital.
Naogaon Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Faisal Bin Ahsan confirmed the death and said that action will be taken after investigating the incident.#
