Maldah: Two migrant workers from Malda died after going to work in another state. A few had died earlier too. Two more deaths on Tuesday. The name of one is Sheikh Mostakim (53) and the other is Taimur Sheikh (22). One of them is a resident of Khudibari village of Sobhanagar area under Maldahar Englishbazar police station. The other is from Pathanpara village of Bairgachi-1 village panchayat.
It is learned that Sheikh Mostakim went to Maharashtra for work only 22 days ago. He was also working. But suddenly he felt chest pain. Inform at home. After that, as the pain increased, he was admitted to a hospital in Maharashtra. He died there. The dead body of the person reached the village at seven o’clock this morning.
On the other hand, Taimur, a resident of Gajol, went to Lucknow for work. He climbed the tower and fell from there while working. He died. A family member of the deceased said, “I was working on the electric tower from Gajol on the last seven days. At that time my brother said we will go down to eat together. Then they fell from the top after being electrocuted.”
