The incident took place on Monday night in Himchakhali village of Nikarighata Gram Panchayat of Canning police station. According to local sources, bets were being broken in the area on the occasion of Jagaddhatri Puja. Kushal Naiya, 9 years old, was watching that bet crack. There are more people around.
