According to the US Department of Justice, there are PERM programs to work permanently in the United States. But Apple has not published the recruitment notice. It is not even known whether those who will work here are covered by PERM. Apart from this, Apple has accepted paper applications from the applicants. According to the US company, the fine that has been imposed on Apple in settling the complaint is the largest amount so far.
