It is never possible to come to power in Bangladesh by killing: Health Minister

Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Malek said, BNP is now blocking again. It is burning. Buses, cars are burning. Police are killing, people are killing. It is never possible to come to power in Bangladesh by killing. It should come to power through elections. Although BNP does not believe in elections. BNP was best in corruption five times during its tenure.

The minister said these things at a reception organized at Vijay Mela Ground in Manikganj this Saturday (November 10) afternoon. Manikganj district Awami League organized the ceremony to give this reception to the health minister on the occasion of his success in the health sector.

The health minister also said, ‘Bangladesh is the only country in the world where black fever has been eradicated. Filariasis has also been eradicated from Bangladesh. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s daughter-in-law Saima Wazed Putul has been elected as the Regional Director of the World Health Organization’s Southeast Asia Region. This achievement is a glorious achievement for the country.’

Addressing the BNP, the health minister said, ‘What did you give to come to power? You want to come to power through the back door. You protested during independence. Created by Razakar, al-Badr. Bangabandhu was killed by you. You created August 15, August 21. stole electricity and fertilizer.’

The health minister warned BNP leaders and workers, ‘Don’t create chaos in Manikganj. Don’t try to burn buses in Manikganj. Do not try to harm the people of Manikganj. Then BNP will be given a toothless reply.’
