Chhatra Dal leader arrested in constable Amirul murder case

Chapainawabganj district Chhatra Dal convener Md. Yusuf Raja has been arrested. He was arrested from the toll booth area of ​​Reihachar-Mahananda bridge in the city on Friday (November 10) night.

The members of CPC-1 Chapainawabganj camp of RAB-5 arrested Yusuf Raja on the basis of secret information. He was handed over to Sadar Model Police Station later that night. Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. confirmed the matter. Sajjad Hossain.

The OC said that Chapainawabganj district Chhatra Dal convenor Yusuf Raza is the named accused in the case of killing a policeman in Dhaka on October 28. Police and RAB members raided various places to arrest him. RAB members arrested him on Friday night and handed him over to the police.

He was sent to Chapainawabganj court on Saturday (November 11) afternoon. The court ordered him to be sent to jail. OC Sajjad Hossain said that he will be handed over to Paltan police station as per the court order.
