The Prime Minister will go to Narsingdi today to inaugurate the fertilizer factory

Narsingdi: South Asia’s largest eco-friendly Ghorashal-Palash Urea Fertilizer Factory has been set up at Palash in Narsingdi. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the factory at 11:30 on Sunday (November 12). At the same time, he will also announce the inauguration of development work along with 10 more buildings in different upazilas of Narsingdi district.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend the rally organized by Narsingdi district Awami League after the inauguration of the factory and the peaceful rally. Leaders of central and local Awami League and allied organizations will be present in the huge rally at Mosleh Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Narsingdi.

On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s arrival, Ghorashal Fertilizer Factory and assembly area of ​​Palash Upazila of Narsingdi has been arranged in full security. Venues in Ghorashal and Narsingdi are ready to welcome the Prime Minister. After 19 long years, the arrival of the beloved leader has caused great enthusiasm among the Awami League leaders and workers.

If the factory is operational, it will be possible to produce 2 thousand 800 metric tons of urea fertilizer per day. And the annual production will be 9 lakh 24 thousand metric tons. Which will meet 40% of the country’s total fertilizer demand. By doing this, foreign exchange of 7 thousand 600 crores will be saved.
