A discussion meeting was held in Bajitpur on the occasion of ‘Muktijoddha Killing Day’

As part of the central program of Bangladesh Awami League, a discussion meeting was held on the occasion of ‘Muktijoddha Killing Day’ at the initiative of Sheikh Rafiqunnabi Sathi, a candidate for Kishoreganj-5 (Bajitpur-Nikli) constituency, a member of the Central Committee of Bangladesh Awami Volunteer League.

After the meeting on Tuesday (November 7), BNP-Jamaat anti-anarchy and anti-blockade procession circled Bajitpur Bazar. Hilchia Union Chairman Nahid, Upazila Jubo League General Secretary Shafiqul Islam, Municipal Jubo League President Nadeem and other leaders were present in the procession.

Under the chairmanship of Upazila Krishak League President Dr. Asghar Ahmad and the organization secretary of Upazila Krishak League Kudarat Ali, former chairman of Baliardi Union Shafiuddin, Kailag Union Awami League member Rangu Miah, Union Jubo League Vice President Sohel, Dighirpar Union Ward No. 9 Awami League President Sabuj were present in the meeting. Mia, Upazila Volunteer League Joint Convener Sheikh Alamgir, Ziaul Haque Bhuia Jhinuk, Member Sirajul Islam, Sagar, Dighirpar Union Volunteer League President Afzal, General Secretary Faisal, Kailag Union Volunteer League President Helal, General Secretary Jahangir, Dighirpar Union Awami League Leader Kofiluddin, Abdul Haque, Humayun and other leaders.

The speakers said that Ziaur Rahman paved the way to his power by killing freedom fighters on November 7.

Sheikh Rafiqunnabi Sathi said in his speech that like Hitler’s Propaganda Minister Goebbels, BNP-Jamaat lied about the history of Bangladesh. The birth of BNP began with an assassination plot. If we want to protect the country, we all have to unite and strengthen the hands of the people’s leader Sheikh Hasina against the BNP-Jamaat’s arson, apathy, lies, and make the boat victorious in the next election.
