On November 7, the day of killing of brave freedom fighter army officers is celebrated

In Chittagong’s Sitakunda, some dangerous officers killed hundreds of brave freedom fighter army officers who participated in the liberation war. Freedom Fighters Killing Day was celebrated on November 7. It was held on Tuesday (November 7) at 4:30 pm in the municipal auditorium.

It is known that Upajrla Awami League Vice President Engineer Azizul Haque presided over and Joint Secretary Md. Upazila Awami League president and former upazila chairman Abdullah Al Baker Bhuiyan was the chief guest under the direction of Saeed Miah.

North District Awami League Labor Affairs Secretary Mohsin Jahangir, Moupzilla Awami League Vice President and UP Chairman Rezaul Karim Bahar, Vice President Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed, secretary of Upazila Sramik League and member of UP. Sahabuddin, upazila Awami League organizing secretary Mejbah Uddin Chowdhury, legal secretary Atiqul Alam Jamshed, office secretary Ratan Mitra, members Abul Kalam, Abul Kalam Azad and Abul Hossain Babul, upazila, union, leaders and activists.

The chief guest Baker Bhuiyan said in his speech that on November 7, 1975, some dangerous officers called false Sepahi Janata Biplab tried to kill hundreds of freedom fighter army officers who participated in the liberation war and made the military talent zero. Today, 7th November is observed as ‘Killing of Freedom Fighter Army Officers’ to remember these brave freedom fighter army officers.
