Tipu Khan arrested in Faridpur student Turag murder case

RAB-10 has arrested Tipu Khan, the accused in the case filed in the murder of Asaduzzaman Noor Turag, a second-year graduate student of Faridpur Government Rajendra College.
Confirming the arrest on Monday (November 06) afternoon, Faridpur camp company commander Lt. Commander KM Shaikh Akhtar said that Tipu was arrested in a raid in Karimpur area of Faridpur Sadar Upazila based on secret information.
During preliminary interrogation, he admitted direct involvement in the murder. On the evening of October 11, the police recovered the injured body of Asaduzzaman Noor Turag from a mahogany garden in Gobindpur area of Ambikapur Union of Faridpur Sadar Upazila. Later on October 13, Turag’s father, Alauddin Howladar, filed a case against Tipu and 7 other unknown people at Faridpur Kotwali police station.
