Symbolic imageIn the hadith, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) recognized many people as superior. Namely—
1. The best among you is he who learns and teaches the Qur’an. (Bukhari: 5027)
2. Surely the best of you is he who is the best of you. (Bukhari: 6035)
3. The best of you is he who is good at repaying debts. (Bukhari: 2305)
4. The best of you is the one from whom all hope for good, fearing no evil. (Tirmidhi: 2263)
5. The best of you is he who is kind to his family. (Ibn Hibban: 4177)
6. The best of you is he who gives food and responds to greetings. (Sahihul Jame’: 3318)
7. The best among you is the one who is gentle in prayer. In other words, if someone wants to enter the prayer queue, he gives him the opportunity by giving him a gentle shoulder. (Abu Dawud: 672)
8. The best man is one whose life is long and deeds are good. (Jamiul Ahadith: 12101)
9. The best person is the one who is more beneficial to humanity. (Sahihul Jame’: 3289)
10. The best man is he whose heart is pure and whose face is truthful. The companions asked, the truthful face was understood, but who has a clean heart? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that the heart is pure, pure, free from sin, excess or oppression, no treachery and hatred. (Sahihul Jame’: 3291)
11. The best partner to Allah Almighty is the one who is best to his partner. And the best neighbor to Allah is he who is good to his neighbor. (Tirmidhi: 1944)
12. The best among you is the one who is good to his family. And I am better to my family than you. (Ibn Majah: 1978)
