Enigma has entered the country’s electric two-wheeler market with a pair of new battery scooters. They have launched high-speed variants of GT 450 and Crink V1. The two models are priced at Rs 89,000 and Rs 94,000 (ex-showroom) respectively. Customers can purchase the electric scooters from all Enigma showrooms and select Greaves Cotton outlets. The company has released a statement saying that it is preparing to launch the online order form on the official website. As a result, online e-scooter booking will soon be available.
Enigma GT 450 Pro Specifications
The GT 450 Pro uses a 40 amp hour lithium ion battery. It is claimed to provide a range of 120 km on a full charge. The scooter can reach a top speed of 60 kmph. A 10 amp charger can fully charge the battery in 3.5 hours. With a curb weight of 68 kg (without battery), the Enigma GT 450 Pro can carry a maximum weight of 200 kg. Braking duties are handled by front disc and rear drum brakes.
Enigma Crink V1 : Specifications
Enigma Crink V1 is powered by a 36 ampere hour lithium ion battery. The company claims that it will run 140 km on a full charge. Its maximum speed is 70 km per hour and its weight carrying capacity is 210 kg. The battery will take 3.5 hours to fully charge with a 10 amp charger. It has front and rear disc brakes.
Enigma GT 450 Pro and Crink V1 : Color options
Enigma has made six color options available on their GT 450 Pro and Crink V1. They are – Grey, Gold, White, Silver, Blue and Matte Black. The company has confirmed that the GT 450 Pro variant is under the Centre’s FEM-II project. That is, even if it is small, the government subsidy will match it. Because from June 1, 2023, the Ministry of Heavy Industries has announced a maximum subsidy amount of 15 percent of the ex-factory price of electric two-wheelers.
