This year’s Women’s Asia Cup is being held in Sylhet. Bangladesh will play as the defending champion.

The Asian Cricket Council has announced the schedule of the tournament which will start from October 1. All the matches of the tournament will be played in two fields of Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

Bangladesh will play their first match against Thailand. The match will start at 9 am Bangladesh time on October 1. 7 teams are participating in the Asia Cup this time. Host Bangladesh will play with India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.

Each team participating in the tournament will face each other once. Then the best four teams will play in the semi-finals.
