Heat stroke
Heat stroke is the most serious heat-related illness. Staying in intense heat for a long time causes the body temperature to rise rapidly and the body cannot remove this excess heat on its own. Heat stroke or sun stroke is a serious illness caused by body heat. In addition to staying in the sun for long periods in intense heat, not drinking enough water also increases the risk of heat stroke. Signs of heat stroke include confusion, blurred vision, loss of consciousness, dry skin or profuse sweating, seizures, etc. If you see any such symptoms, move the affected person to a cool, shaded place immediately. Sponge with water, or wipe the body with a cloth dampened in ice water. Pour cold water on the head and provide adequate ventilation to the area.

Excessive tiredness or heat exhaustion
The body reacts in a variety of ways due to excess water and salt loss. One of them is excessive fatigue. Older people, those with high blood pressure, those who work in hot environments may experience this. Symptoms of heat exhaustion include headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, irritability, thirst, profuse sweating, increased body temperature, decreased urination, etc.

Heat cramps
Heat cramps are a common problem. Those who do physical work in hot weather are at risk of this disease. Sweating reduces salt and moisture levels in the body. Low levels of salt in the muscles cause painful cramps. Heat cramps can also be a symptom of heat exhaustion. Muscle cramps, pain, or spasms in the abdomen, arms, or legs are symptoms of heat cramps. When suffering from heat cramps, drink plenty of water and eat foods and drinks that contain carbohydrates and electrolytes every 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat rash
Heat rash is skin irritation caused by excessive sweating in hot, humid weather. It shows pimples or small rashes. To prevent this, work in a cool, low-humidity environment if possible. Keep the rash area dry. You can apply the powder on the affected area. Do not use ointments and creams.
