Choose exercise time wisely
During 24 hours, when the ambient temperature is relatively low, choose that time for exercise. Early morning is a great time for exercise. You can do it in the afternoon or evening if you want. Exercise can also be done at night. But at least one hour before sleep, do the jute exercise. Exercising in very hot weather can lead to heat illness. The body may become tired, exhausted. So don’t take the risk. However, exercising in an air-conditioned room (such as a gym) can be done at other times of the day.
Dress comfortably
Exercise in loose, thin, cotton clothing that allows the body to breathe. Even if you sweat while wearing such clothes, the sweat dries easily. It is better not to wear black or very dark colored clothes. These clothes retain heat. Choose light-colored, light-patterned clothing.
Drink water or drink during exercise breaks
You can drink water or drink before exercise and in between exercise. Drink water or drink after exercise. However, water should not be consumed on a full stomach before exercise or during exercise breaks. In case of excessive sweating, you can eat saline, electrolyte drink or slightly salted water or drink. If you have a habit of tea and coffee, you can take your allotted tea or coffee for the whole day half an hour to an hour before exercise.
