Heat Stroke Symptoms-Remedies

Heatstroke occurs when the body temperature exceeds 105 degrees Fahrenheit due to prolonged exposure to extreme heat. In this condition the body stops sweating and many times people become unconscious.

Expert doctor Rahmat Ullah explained in detail why heatstroke occurs and what we can do in this situation.

Symptoms of heat stroke are-
• The body begins to sweat profusely and suddenly stops sweating
• Breathing is rapid
• Abnormal pulse i.e. suddenly weak and fast
• Lowers blood pressure
• Decreased urine output
• Hands and feet tremble, body spasms
• Dizziness
• Severe headache
• Disclosure of Abnormalities in Use
• Incoherence in speech.

If you have a stroke or have symptoms
• When symptoms of heat stroke appear, first wash the body with cold ice water to reduce body heat
• Bring the victim to a cool environment
• Remove body clothing as much as possible
• Drink plenty of cold water, fruit juice or saline
• If you lose consciousness due to heat stroke, you should be taken to a local hospital as soon as possible.

People of any age can have heat stroke. However, children and the elderly are at higher risk of being affected.
People who are very weak can also suffer from heatstroke.

Bathe twice a day regularly to stay healthy this summer. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet.

Heat stroke can sometimes cause extensive damage. What death can happen. So we have to be careful in this time of summer. Eat more liquid food. Use an umbrella when going out in the sun.

Eat cold. But it is not right to eat open-cut fruits and syrups on the side of the road, because it carries the risk of diarrhoea.
