European stocks opened higher

European stocks opened higher on Monday, with the benchmark STOXX 600 index up 0.5% as of 8:05 a.m. London time.

Britain’s FTSE 100 rose 1.1%, France’s CAC 40 rose 0.5% and Germany’s DAX rose 0.7%.

British FTSE 100 The German index is expected to open 78 points higher at 7,974 German DAX index France rose 58 points to 17,797 CAC Italy rose 43 points to 8,050 points FTSE MIB According to IG data, it rose 136 points to 33,373.
