According to the Directorate of Health, 271 of the patients admitted in the 24 hours till Thursday morning were admitted in Dhaka Metropolis and 1463 were admitted in hospitals in other parts of the country.
With new patients, the number of dengue patients admitted to hospitals has increased to 2 lakh 87 thousand 239 people across the country this year. Among them 1 lakh 2 thousand 591 people are from Dhaka and 1 lakh 84 thousand 648 people are from different districts outside Dhaka.
Among those who died in the last one day, 4 people in Dhaka and 13 outside Dhaka.
In total, 1449 people died this year, 854 of them died in Dhaka, 595 died in different hospitals outside Dhaka.
Currently, 6 thousand 360 dengue patients are admitted in different hospitals across the country. 1649 of them are in Dhaka and 4711 are admitted in different hospitals outside Dhaka.
As per month, 566 people in January, 166 people in February, 111 people in March, 143 people in April, 1 thousand 36 people in May, 5 thousand 956 people in June, 43 thousand 876 people in July, 71 thousand 976 people in August, 79 in September. 598 thousand and in October 67 thousand 769 patients were admitted to the hospital. 16 thousand 64 patients have been admitted to the hospital till November 9.
6 people died in January, 3 in February, 2 in April, 2 in May, 34 in June, 204 in July, 342 in August, 396 in September and 359 in October. 101 people died in the first 9 days of November.
