10 more people died due to dengue disease in the last 24 hours in the country. With this, a total of 1 thousand 380 people died due to dengue this year.

According to the notification, 1 thousand 357 people have been admitted to the hospital with dengue in 24 hours till this morning. With this, the number of dengue patients admitted to hospital has reached 276 thousand 163 this year. At present, a total of 6 thousand 267 dengue patients are under treatment in different hospitals of the country.
Analyzing the data of the Department of Health and IEDCR, it can be seen that the official statistics of dengue cases and deaths so far this year have broken all the records of the last 24 years.
On September 20, 21 people died of dengue fever, the highest number of deaths in a single day. Earlier, on September 2, the Department of Health reported the highest death toll of 21 people in a single day due to dengue.
It should be noted that analyzing the data of the Department of Health and IEDCR, it can be seen that the official statistics of dengue cases and deaths so far this year have broken all the records of the last 24 years. Last year, the highest number of deaths (281) due to dengue was recorded in the country. Apart from this, 179 people died in 2019. 7 people died in 2020 and 105 people died of dengue in 2021.
