Churni opened up about childhood sexual harassment

Churni writes, ‘Remembering a very personal Instagram post from about 6 years ago today. It read, I may have been young, but I have not forgotten. MeToo ….’

After that, Churni recalled the childhood incident that happened to her and wrote, ‘I have been crying for a long time, I am a victim of child abuse, I have remained silent. One remained silent during his growing up years because he could not speak this truth openly. That criminal was not punished naturally. But I want to believe today, karma will suffer. But I am still waiting for an apology from him. At least he could do it. For the trauma that I have gone through, the lifelong scars that I have had to endure, I must apologize. Maybe he’s relieved that I can’t take his name. And that’s exactly what forced him to take advantage of a 12-year-old girl.. who, because of her simplicity, had yet to recognize the world.’

“I remember being confused and in complete disbelief,” the actress wrote of the painful past. I remember running out of the house when I could… with a dry throat and a heavy heart, with no one to turn to for help. I would have been devastated and trembling because my innocent mind believed him’.
