--

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has issued a heat alert or ‘heat alert’. The people of the country are grinding in intense heat. Which has an effect on the movies released this Eid! The effect of heat flow is particularly severe on single screens.

In last year’s two Eids, where the audience thronged the cinema halls for two consecutive months, the same was not seen this time due to the heat flow. Within two weeks of Eid, the single screen audience has seen a decline. And for this reason, producer Gias Uddin Salim has decided to refrain from releasing ‘Kajalrekha’ on single screen for the time being.
