Actor Naseeruddin Shah is not satisfied with the use of language as the film lacks depth of content. He claims that Urdu is still being used in Hindi films, but the standard has dropped a lot. Communal stake on him. ‘Masoom’ actor regrets that people of one religion hate people of another religion.
Nasiruddin said in an interview, “The destruction has happened. The use of Urdu did nothing to enhance the Hindi film.”
He also said, “Nowadays we don’t hear Urdu much in Hindi movies. Earlier the Censor Board used to issue certificates when the script was clear, Urdu. Because lyrics, Shayari, all these were in Urdu. A large portion of the film was dominated by this language. The authors were also Parsi.”
Nasir’s regret, now everything has changed. Language is of poor quality. According to him, the naming of the film also lacks thought. The lines of old songs are being broken and replaced in the name of new movies of this era.
