The Directorate of Narcotics Control has arrested three drug dealers including two Rohingyas in a separate operation in Chittagong. Four thousand 240 pieces of yaba were recovered from them.

According to the sources of the Directorate of Narcotics Control, 990 pieces of yabas were searched in a bus of Shyamoli NR Travels from the New Bridge Roundabout area on Thursday. Shafi Alam was arrested. Narcotics Control Directorate Metro (South) Kotwali Circle Deputy Inspector (SI) Md. Fahim Raju became the plaintiff and filed a case against him in Baklia police station.

Meanwhile, on Thursday around 4:00 p.m., Shah Amanat Setu Toll Plaza area, a bus of Marsa Paribahan was searched and 1,800 pieces of yabas were found. Kamal Hossain was arrested. Narcotics Control Directorate Metro (South) Kotwali Circle Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Samsuddin became the plaintiff and filed a case under Narcotics Act against him at Karnaphuli police station.

Narcotics Control Directorate Metro (North) Chandgaon Circle Sub-Inspector (SI) Md. Chanaullah Mia became the plaintiff and filed a case against him at Karnaphuli police station.
