Chittagong: Corporate institutions can be more involved in the development of higher education in Bangladesh, said the founder vice chairman of East Delta University (EDU) Saeed Al Noman.

During the visit of the Grameenphone delegation to the university campus, he said that Grameenphone and EDU are playing a role in mutual development.

Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Grameen on Saturday (September 3) at noon. The delegation led by Asif Naimur Rashid included Head of Emerging Accounts Chittagong Abida Fahmi Barsha and Strategic Accounts Manager Zakir Iqbal.

The Grameenphone delegation was impressed by the architecture and academic activities of the permanent campus of East Delta University (EDU). Internationally recognized artificial intelligence researcher and awarded with various academic achievements. Asif said, skilled human resource is highly desirable for any organization. Along with Grameenphone, EDU students are always playing a great role in the job market in the entire Bangladesh. Grameenphone’s main source of trust in providing the best telecommunications services in the country is our world-class staff.

EDU Vice-Chancellor Professor Muhammad Sikandar Khan said that world-class corporate organizations like Grameenphone can be more involved in the development of students. Sharing their work experience with our students can contribute to their skill development. In this we can also understand the needs of such institutions better and develop students accordingly.
