Meanwhile, Sachin Tendulkar will lead India. Australia is led by Shane Watson, West Indies by Brian Lara, England’s Ian Bell and Srilamka by Tillakaratne Dilshan.

The tournament will start on September 10. The opening match will be played in Kanpur, India. All in all, the remaining three venues of this 22-day tournament are Raipur, Indore and Dehradun. The two semi-finals and the final on October 1 will be held at the Dehradun ground.

The Bangladesh Legends team also played in the first round of the tournament. Cricketers like Khaled Mahmood Sujan, Nafees Iqbal, Hannan Sarkar, Abdur Razzak, Rajin Saleh, Javed Omar and Mohammad Rafiq were in that team.

The team made up of Bangladeshi former cricketers could not perform well.
