A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between International Standard University (ISU) and Bankers Welfare Association Bangladesh (BWAB). The contract signing ceremony was held at a hotel in Cox’s Bazar on Friday evening.

ISU Acting Treasurer H. T. M. On behalf of Quader Newaz and BWAB, organization president Kazi Md. Shafiqur Rahman signed the memorandum of understanding on behalf of their respective organizations.

Through this agreement, the members of Bankers Welfare Association Bangladesh and their family members will get special waiver and scholarship benefits for studying in Honors and Masters courses at International Standard University.

ISU Registrar Md. Faizullah Kaushik, Director Admission Giyas Uddin, Head of Public Relations Raisul Haque Chowdhury, BWAB General Secretary Md. Emdad Hossain and other senior officials of both institutions were present at the signing ceremony.

The academic program at ISU is conducted through two semesters, January-June and July-December. A total of 4 departments are functioning in the university under three faculties. Among these are Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) under the Faculty of Business Administration. Computer Science and Engineering and Textile Engineering Departments are under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. BA (Hons) in English and MA in English Literature and Cultural Studies under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
