It is important to take care of the eyes as well as the body in severe burns. Eyes are the most sensitive part of our body. That is why it is necessary to take special care of the eyes in summer. Let’s know how to take care of your eyes-
Use sunglasses
Excessive heat and sunlight are very harmful to the eyes. So use sunglasses only when you go out of the house. It will protect the eyes from sun and excess heat.
Use a hat
When going out in the sun, use not only sunglasses, but also a hat. It will protect both your head and eyes from the sun.
Keep your eyes clean
Rinse your eyes thoroughly with clean, cold water several times a day or rinse your eyes with eye drops. In addition to getting relief from the intense heat of the sun, the risk of various infections in the eyes due to the accumulation of external dust and dirt is completely reduced.

Avoid direct AC air
AC air makes the eyes very dry. So care should be taken that the AC air does not touch the eyes directly.
Drink plenty of water
In the heat, the body becomes dry due to sweat. And its effect is first in the eyes. So drink plenty of water during this time. It will make your eyes wet. Eye damage will be less.
Do not go out at noon
It is not right to go out at noon unless absolutely necessary. Remember that midday sun and heat are the most damaging to the eyes.
Use sunscreen carefully
Many people use sunscreen for skin care in summer. Inadvertent contact of this cream with eyes may cause problems. So be careful in using this cream.
Use of goggles in swimming
Swimming goggles should be worn while swimming in a swimming pool or any body of water for comfort in the summer heat.
Rest the eyes
At least six to eight hours of sleep per day is needed to rest the eyes to stay healthy.
Use eye drops
Many people use some eye drops without doctor’s advice to maintain eye moisture. This is not recommended at all. So consult an ophthalmologist before using it.
