Surgical kit boxes have been distributed among the students of the 59th batch (Level 3, Semester 2) of the Veterinary Faculty of Bangladesh Agricultural University (Bakribi).
On Thursday (April 25) at 3:30 pm, Department of Surgery and Obstetrics organized a kitbox distribution program at the conference room of the University’s Student Teacher Center (TSC).
Kit boxes were distributed among a total of 198 students including 10 foreign students of the 59th batch of Veterinary Faculty at the event. University of Surgery and Obstetrics
Under the chairmanship of the head of the department, the vice-chancellor professor Dr. Emdadul Haque Chowdhury was the chief guest and handed over kit boxes to the students.
The special guest was the head of marketing department of Navana Pharma Dr. Manik Chandra Pal. Also present was the university’s student affairs advisor professor Dr. Haroon-or-Rashid, Professor of Surgery and Obstetrics Department. Farida Yasmin Bari along with teachers of various departments of veterinary faculty and students of 59 batches.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Emdadul Haque Chowdhury said that veterinarians should be skilled in using surgical kit boxes. A successful veterinary doctor must have a proper understanding of the kit box.
