Mocha, the wife of the former chairman of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, was arrested in the case of certificate fraud. Sehela Parveen’s bail hearing will be held on Thursday.
His bail hearing was supposed to be held after the remand in Dhaka Metropolitan Hakim Ataullah’s court on Wednesday, but it did not happen. After his lawyer Abdur Rahman applied to postpone the hearing, the judge set the bail hearing date for Thursday.

Sehela Parveen was taken into custody for two days by the detective police last Sunday. He was sent to jail after remand on Tuesday. The court fixed Wednesday for hearing the bail plea.
Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police arrested Sehela from Rajuk Apartment in Uttara Sector 18 last Saturday on charges of being involved in the forgery of technical education board certificates.

Analyst Engineer AKM Shamsuzzaman. The DB said that when Sehela’s name came up during the interrogation of Shamsuzzaman, she was arrested.
In connection with the technical education board certificate forgery, six people including Sehela, Ali Akbar’s wife, have been arrested so far and the detective police say that around 5,000 certificates have been published on the board’s website through fraud.
Through this they have earned lakhs of rupees. Some are working with these certificates, some have gone out of the country.
Three of the six arrested have given statements in court admitting their guilt.
