Bangla Insider | Bangladesh will face Lebanon in Qatar in the final match of the World Cup qualifiers

The Bangladesh-Zimbabwe T20 series is going to be held from May 3. For which Bangladesh had already announced the initial team of 17 members. However, Zimbabwe has announced a strong team for this five-match T20 series. Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) announced the team led by Sikandar Raja on Wednesday (April 24).

Zimbabwe has prepared a strong team with the emphasis of experienced cricketers. There is 1 new face in the announced squad. The new face in the team is Jonathan Campbell. There are also experienced cricketers like Craig Irvine, Shaun Williams, Richard Ngarava and Blessing Mujarabani.

Currently, Zimbabwe does not have a permanent head coach. Therefore, Stuart Matsikenyeri will be the interim head coach of the team for this upcoming tour.

The series will begin on May 3 against Zimbabwe. The next two T20s will be played in Chittagong on May 4 and 7, followed by the last two matches of the series on May 10 and 12 at the Sherbangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
