Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in Climate Science, Environmental Science, Anthropology, Natural Resource Management, Sociology, Law and Public Policy or similar from a recognized university. Must have at least five years of work experience in climate justice, policy advocacy, jet projects in an organization. In terms of Bangladesh, there should be knowledge about global policies related to climate justice, climate mitigation, energy transition, industrial sustainability. Work experience in an organization abroad will be considered an additional qualification. Must be fluent in Bengali and English. Must be proficient in presentation along with working knowledge of MS Office. Must be good at communication. Must have a field visit mentality.
