Chittagong: The Chittagong district administration has formed a committee to investigate the death of two students of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CHUTE) in a collision between a bus and a motorcycle.
A seven-member committee was formed under the leadership of Additional District Magistrate AKM Golam Morshed Khan of Chittagong District Administration on Tuesday (April 23) afternoon.
The members of the committee are – a representative of Chittagong District Police Additional Superintendent of Police rank, Raujan Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Angyajai Marma, Rangunia Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Raihan Mehbub, Assistant Director of BRTC Raihana Akhter Urthi, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Rangunia Police Station Chandan Kumar Chakraborty, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Raujan Police Station Jahed Hossain.
Additional District Magistrate AKM Golam Morshed Khan told Banglanews that a 7-member committee has been formed to investigate the incident in which two students of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology were killed and one student was injured in a road accident.
The inquiry report has been asked to be submitted at the earliest. We will try to submit the investigation report as soon as possible.
