A couple of places in Sylhet division may experience rain with gusty winds or rain with thunder. Along with that, there may be scattered rain of hail at some places. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.
Intense heatwave is sweeping over Rajshahi, Pabna, Khulna, Bagerhat, Jessore, Chuadanga and Kushtia districts. A mild to moderate heat wave is prevailing over the remainder of Dhaka, Rangpur and Barisal divisions and Rajshahi and Khulna divisions including Mymensingh, Moulvibazar and Rangamati districts and may persist.
Day temperatures may increase slightly and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country. Excess water vapor may cause discomfort.
