New Year and Eid Ada of Australia Bangladesh Press and Media Club was celebrated from noon to evening at Harrington Park Auditorium, Sydney.

The program started on Sunday (April 21) with the song ‘Eso Hey Baishakh’ led by well-known Sydney vocalist Amiya Mateen. Then the President introduced the members of Australia Bangladesh Press and Media Club one by one. New members are also welcome.

Actress and presenter Mishti Maria from Bangladesh hosted the program at the beginning and Eliza Tumpa hosted the program later. Two more special guests were famous Bangladeshi actor Majnun Mizan and singer Md. happy

President Rahmatullah welcomed everyone and wished the press and media club success in the future and gave some pointers on how to accelerate the organization in the coming days. General Secretary Md. Iqbal Yusuf expressed his gratitude to each and every member for organizing the New Year and Eid reunion event.

Adviser Abu Reza Arefin said, “The first Baishakh celebration and Eid reunion is not our main objective by organizing such a beautiful event, our main task is to work together and in the coming days we will share information and spread information to maintain our strong position in various fields of media. I have to pay more attention to the fact that I can play more roles.’

10 types of native bharta, hilsa, panta and other dishes were served at the midday feast organized on Pahela Baisakh. In the second part of the program, there was a cultural program with excellent songs by folk artists Namid and Polly. Mamun helped with.
