Bangladesh team’s new analyst Mohsin Sheikh

--

Mohsin Sheikh, who was working as a performance analyst for Bangladesh on a part-time contract, was appointed for two years. The Australian of Pakistani origin will join the team before the T20 series at home against Zimbabwe. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the news in a press release on Monday afternoon.

Bangladesh have not had a permanent analyst since last year’s World Cup as India’s Srinivas Chandrasekhar left. Former national cricketer Nasir Ahmed Nasu served as an analyst in the Test series against New Zealand at home. Later, on the request of the team management, Mohsin was given responsibility for the tour of New Zealand.
