One match ago, Rangpur won the title against Dhaka. They had to lose in the last match as well.

Rangpur lost to Sylhet by a huge margin of 201 runs at the Shahid Chandu Stadium in Bogra. In another match of Tier-1, Dhaka Metto and Dhaka division match was drawn. For the first two days no ball was rolled due to rain and wet outfield. On the third day of the match, he scored 77 runs for 2 wickets after batting 17 overs. They announced the innings by scoring 180 runs for 3 wickets.
