In Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, a student has been accused of posting on a Facebook group calling him Shibir and later expelling the student from the hall. In this incident, the administration has sealed his residential room in Shahparan Hall. The student who was thrown out of the hall last Monday night by calling it a camp is SM Shakhawat Shakib Niloy, a third year student of Chemistry Department.
The student said on Tuesday that he is a legitimate student of the hall and a worker of Shabi Chhatra League. Someone makes a post on the Facebook group of university students. There, a voice recording was added to it describing him as a camp worker. Voice records are not his words. He claimed that this post was given by conspiracy against him.
Niloy also said that on Monday night around 11:30 p.m. the proctor sir called me, then I spoke to the sirs. They asked me to stay out and sealed my room number 421.
Professor Dr. Proctor in this regard. Kamruzzaman Chowdhury said that the charges brought against him have not been proved yet. We will investigate all the information. He has been asked to stay outside the hall so that no chaos is created in between and for security.
