According to the Bangladesh Mission in Canberra, 15 garment manufacturers and suppliers are exhibiting garments made by the Export Development Bureau in the exhibition. Besides, 4 other Bangladeshi companies participated in the exhibition, including ready-made clothes and home decorations.

Bangladeshi High Commissioner to Australia M Allama Siddiqui and Chief Executive Officer of the organizing organization Mary Kinsella inaugurated the exhibition of Bangladeshi export products at the Global Sourcing Expo in Melbourne. At that time, Political Counselor of Bangladesh High Commission Tahleel Delawar Moon and Commercial Counselor Rony Chakma were present.

About 900 producers and suppliers from 20 countries of the world participated in this exhibition. Such international trade fairs are held twice a year in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. In terms of international trade, this event serves as an important platform for importers and exporters and manufacturers and suppliers to showcase products, explore new markets and establish mutual contacts.
