Zeenat submitted nomination papers for Chittagong-8 constituency

Chittagong: Advocate Zeenat Sohana Chowdhury, woman leader of Chittagong and coordinator of Suchinta Foundation, has submitted party nomination papers of Awami League for Chittagong-8 constituency to participate in the 12th national election.

Young organizer, politician and lawyer Zeenat Sohana Chowdhury is known as an ‘icon’ to many.

He played a leading role against militancy and communal evil forces with great success in different madrasas of Chittagong city.

During the Corona period, Taher Nahar has built more than 350 semi-paka houses with his own funds.

Advocate Zeenat Sohana Chowdhury is the first woman of Bangladesh who went to more than 100 madrasas in Chittagong and created a stir across the country by singing the national anthem, Joy Bangla slogan in the voice of thousands of students. Madrasah students told the story of the great liberation war. He made them swear to take the country forward with the ideals of the liberation war.

Due to the series of programs, she became known as ‘Indomitable and Brave Sohana’ to the common people. No one could stop him. In recognition of which, Sohana received a memento from Prime Minister’s Information and Technology Adviser Sajib Wazed Joy.

In the 11th National Assembly elections, he had various initiatives in favor of boats. In support of boat candidates across Chittagong Division, the digital method visually showed the brutality of BNP-Jamaat’s 100-day hartal and the torture of minorities in various areas and the development of day-to-day, to every people. These initiatives play a major role in creating public opinion in favor of boats. As a result, Advocate Zeenat Sohana Chowdhury became a very favorite face of Awami League’s village, city and Trinamool leaders and activists.

It may be noted that Advocate Zeenat Sohana Chowdhury is the Coordinator of Suchinta Foundation Chittagong Division, Member of Chittagong Development Authority (CDA), Member of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Chamber and Commerce as well as Chairman of Firmin Group of Industries Limited and Member of Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA). doing On the other hand, Zeenat Sohana Chowdhury’s husband Mohammad Imran has also bought Awami League party nomination in Chittagong-8 seat. Imran is the President of Florida State Awami League of USA. Before this, he served as General Secretary for a long time.
