Dhaka, November 20, 2023 (BSS): Jatiya Party Secretary General Md. Mujibul Haque Chunnu MP said, we have started the preliminary work of going to the elections. Ahead of the 12th election, the Jatiya Party has started distributing nomination forms. Jatiya Party is an electoral party. Our leaders and workers are interested in participating in the elections. However, Jatiya Party Chairman GM Kader will make the final decision regarding the election. We are preparing for elections with our own symbols in 300 constituencies. We have started the preliminary work of going to the polls. We want an environment of trust in elections. Now Jatiya Party is not with any coalition. We are preparing for elections with our own symbols in all three hundred constituencies.
Meanwhile, today at 11:30 AM, Jatiya Party’s Senior Co-Chairman Barrister Anisul Islam Mahmud MP inaugurated the distribution of nomination forms in the office auditorium of the Jatiya Party Chairman. Today Jatiya Party Chairman G.M. Whose MPO has accepted nomination papers. Besides, Jatiya Party Secretary General Md. Mujibul Haque Chunnu MP, Co-Chairman ABM Ruhul Amin Howladar, Kazi Feroz Rashid MP, Syed Abu Hossain Babla MP, Advocate Salma Islam MP, Presidium Member Nasreen Jahan Ratna MP, Barrister Shamim Haider Patwari MP, Rana Mohammad Sohail. (Retd.) MP, Atiqur Rahman Atiq, Adviser to Jatiya Party Chairman Sherifa Quader MP, Nurul Islam Talukder MP, Vice Chairman Ahsan Adelur Rahman MP accepted the nomination form. On the first day of distribution of nomination forms, a total of 557 forms were accepted by leaders and workers interested in participating in the elections.
