Strike: burning tires on the road in Kishoreganj

Kishoreganj: Leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations staged a protest march in Kishoreganj by burning tires.

On Monday (November 20), they set fire to tires on the road in front of Nagua Hasmat Uddin High School in Kishoreganj district town.

BNP leaders and activists also held a protest march.

At that time, BNP leaders and activists chanted slogans like ‘Illegitimate schedule not accepted, not accepted’. Along with that, they raised slogans demanding the resignation of the government and the Election Commission and national elections under a non-partisan caretaker government.

Kishoreganj Municipal BNP General Secretary Mahbub Alam, Kishoreganj District Youth Senior Vice President Moshtaq Ahmed Shaheen, District Volunteers Party Member Secretary Shahidullah Kaiser Shaheed, District Labor Party General Secretary Didarul Haque, Municipal Youth Party Convener Alamgir Hossain, Sadar Upazila Youth Party Member Secretary Shah Alam and many others.

Meanwhile, in the morning, under the leadership of Kishoreganj District BNP Youth Affairs Secretary Saiful Islam Sumon, BNP leaders and activists staged a tire burning procession on Kishoreganj-Karimganj road.
