The authorities have imposed a ban on entering the premises of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh without necessity. If anyone wants to enter the Supreme Court premises in case of emergency, they have been asked to carry their national identity card or passport. According to the office of the registrar, the person entering the premises otherwise will be treated as an illegal trespasser and legal action will be taken.

Today, Monday (November 20), the Registrar of the High Court Division, Md. Munshi. In a circular signed by Moshiar Rahman, it is said, ‘Not to enter the premises of Bangladesh Supreme Court without necessity. If someone enters in case of emergency, they were asked to carry their national identity card or passport. Entry of vehicles is prohibited without the prescribed sticker provided by Bangladesh Supreme Court Administration and Sudhin Court Lawyers Association. Otherwise legal action will be taken against illegal trespassers.’

According to Supreme Court administration sources, there was a cocktail explosion in the subordinate court on Monday. In this situation, such steps have been taken for the sake of security. Journalists working in the media have been asked to use ID cards and stickers for vehicle entry.
