Miscreants set fire to a Durpalla bus standing in Shaheed Barkat Sarani area of Gazipur city on the first day of strike called by BNP. Deloar Hossain Delu, the driver and owner of the bus, fainted after seeing the scene of the burning of the bus, the only source of income given by Dukrut. Cousin Sagar also said that Delu sold his last property of 7 katha land and bought the car in installments for 28 lakh taka. For this he has to pay installments of 62 thousand rupees every month. But after hearing the news of the fire in the car, he went to the car from home and suddenly lost consciousness after seeing the burning scene of the bus. He was later taken to a local hospital by the locals and recovered. Now Delu is worried about how to pay the bus installment.
