Picketers vandalized a CNG auto-rickshaw on the Dhaka-Rangpur highway in Fatki Bridge area of ​​Shajahanpur on Sunday morning, the first day of the fourth round of siege in Bogra. Activists marched and held rallies in Sujabad area. The Jamaat activists blocked the Bogra-Naogaon road in Charmatha area of ​​the city by throwing tree stumps.

Eyewitnesses said that on Sunday morning, the driver stopped the autorickshaw on the highway in Fatki Bridge area of ​​Shajahanpur Upazila. Then he went to pick vegetables with his family members. At that time, 5-6 miscreants on motorcycles vandalized the auto-rickshaw and ran away.

Besides, the activists led by BNP Chairperson’s advisor former MP Helaluzzaman Talukdar Lalu took a stand in the Sujabad area of ​​the second bypass highway in the suburbs. They held protest marches and rallies. Although there were members of the law and order forces nearby, they did not obstruct the siege. The leaders and activists chanted that Awami League will be buried if the blockade is interrupted. Can’t be stopped by the police. The movement cannot be stopped with a lawsuit. The siege cannot be stopped by shooting.

Shajahanpur police station OC Shahidul Islam said that an auto-rickshaw was vandalized in Fatki Bridge area. The besiegers fled before the police arrived at the scene. As a result, no one could be arrested.

Meanwhile, a large number of leaders and workers of Jamaat Shibir blocked the Bogra-Naogaon road and the second bypass road on Sunday morning. Blocked the road by throwing tree trunks near Charmatha. After the protest march, they gathered on the road.

The leaders said that the time of Sheikh Hasina’s government is over. To maintain power with the help of neighboring countries, the government has indulged in the game of death. Ignoring the wishes of the people, the government is once again planning a one-sided election. But the leaders warned that the people of the country will not give any chance to Sheikh Hasina to steal votes at night like in the past. When the police came, the leaders and activists of the Jamaat Shibir ran away.

Sadar Police Station OC Saihan Oliullah said that Jamaat-Shibir activists blocked the road in Charmatha area. Sensing the presence of the police, they left.
