
Girl students will play a role in building Smart Bangladesh: Minister of State for Women and Child Affairs
Munshiganj, November 12, 2023 (BAS): Minister of State for Women and Child Affairs Fazilatun Nessa Indira said that girl students should be given priority in the field of education to build a smart and well-educated nation. Modern, progressive and conscious girls will play a role in building a developed, prosperous and smart Bangladesh of 2041 announced by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
He said these things while addressing the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed academic building of Rikabi Bazar Girls High School in Munshiganj today.
Fazilatun Nessa Indira said that students should have the life and ideals of the father of the nation in their hearts from the beginning of their lives. The history of the Great War of Liberation should be known. Must be good-natured and good-hearted people. Bangabandhu’s gold should be the gold man of Bengal. You have to develop the country and serve the people with your own knowledge and experience.
He said that under the leadership of Bangabandhu’s daughter, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh is advancing at an unstoppable speed on the highway of development. People’s leader Sheikh Hasina is inaugurating big projects like Padma Bridge, Metro Rail, Rooppur Power Station, Karnaphuli Tunnel, Third Terminal of Airport, Elevated Expressway, Matarbari Deep Sea Port and Payra Port one after the other. To continue the trend of development, Bangladesh Awami League nominated candidate should win in the next national parliament election.
Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Afifa Khan, Additional Superintendent of Police Yasina Ferdous and Headmaster Ashrafuzzaman were present in the program presided over by Rikabi Bazar Girls High School President Shahidul Islam Shahin.
