Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Development Studies/Statistics or similar from a recognized institution. Must have at least three to four years of work experience in the relevant field, preferably in the M&E department in the development sector. Training or certificate course in related field will be preferred. Must be proficient in data management, computer skills with MS Office applications and real time monitoring. Working knowledge of Kobo tools and SPSS will be considered an added advantage. Must be fluent in Bengali and English. Must have experience in managing and developing database management. Must have a field visit mentality.
