On the first day of the fourth phase of the blockade called by the BNP, the Dhaka University branch students marched in support of the blockade.
They marched under the leadership of Branch Chhatra Dal President Khorshed Alam Sohel and General Secretary Ariful Islam at Kataban Dhal area on Sunday morning.
Dhaka University Student Dal organizing secretary Masudur Rahman Masud, joint secretary Tarikul Islam Tariq, Nahiduzzaman Shipan, Ganesh Chandra Roy, Sohail Rana, Abdul Hannan Talukder, Masum Billah, Abdur Rahim Roni and other leaders and workers of various levels of the university student body were also present in the procession.
After the rally, Khorshed Alam Sohail said, “In the morning of the first day of the peaceful blockade program of the fourth phase of the peaceful blockade program of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP to save the country in the movement to overthrow the fascist government, we are holding a peaceful blockade program by blocking the road from Kantaban to Nilkhet. InshAllah, we will be successful in the claim.
Organizing Secretary Masudur Rahman Masud said, our all-out struggle will continue until our right to vote is established. Inshallah democracy will win, people’s right to vote and rice will be established.
