CMP Commissioner to make the police responsible

Chittagong: Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) Commissioner Krishna Pad Roy has ordered the working police to be disciplined and responsible.

He gave this order at the CMP’s monthly welfare meeting on Tuesday (November 7).

He said that policemen should be disciplined and responsible in their personal, social and professional life. Be highly professional and work with conviction to make the city more secure.

Policemen should be careful about the quality of work in performing their duties.

In the meeting, the CMP Commissioner congratulated Deputy Police Commissioner (Headquarters) Md. Abdul Warish and Deputy Police Commissioner (South) Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman who were recently promoted to the post of Additional Deputy Inspector General of Police. In addition to this, the policeman SI (Armed) who went to PRL after properly fulfilling the duties assigned to him in his long working life. CMP Commissioner bid farewell to Ashrab Ali, ASI (Unarmed) Ritu Kumar Dev and Constable Kajal Tanchanga.

At this time, Additional Police Commissioner (Administration and Finance) MA Masud, Additional Police Commissioner (Crime and Operation) AS Mahtab Uddin, Additional Police Commissioner (Traffic) Abdul Mannan Mia, Deputy Police Commissioner (Headquarters) Md. Abdul Warish along with all deputy police commissioners, additional deputy police commissioners, assistant police commissioners, officers in charge of all police stations were present.
